In the highly competitive bar and restaurant category, American Social continues to set the pace for celebrity-centric gatherings. The five-location restaurant came to Push to help crystalize its brand positioning and story, specifically for its staff. While the overall feel of the restaurant locations had a stylized look, its front-of-house and back-of-house managers and staff were finding it difficult to verbalize what the brand stood for.

After utilizing and implementing our Brand Positioning process, we developed a recruitment, recognition and reward strategy for its entire staff, developing both take-home and ready-to-wear materials as well as a video that encapsulated the brand story. We developed a new uniform standard and helped script both hostess and server talking points about this iconic restaurant and bar brand.
